Chronic pain is defined as pain that occurs for more than 3 months after the initial injury. Patients experiencing pain after this period of time should be referred to our clinic for further evaluation and treatment of the persistent pain. Interventional pain procedures exist to help patient find the source of the chronic pain and implement the appropriate treatments. Patients can be referred by primary care physicians, specialists, or through self-referral. At the new patient evaluation, please bring all pertinent imaging, or historical information to assist in the development of your interventional pain treatment plan.
